Returns
Under the internet distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods (with the exception of special order items).
If you would like to return an item to us we will arrange your credit card / paypal account to be credited.
Unwanted items cannot be returned after 7 days of receipt of goods. The return postage for unwanted goods is at your own cost.
Any goods you wish to return which aren't faulty or weren't damaged before you received, checked and signed for the goods will be charged a standard re-stocking fee of between 25% - 50% of the total sale value of the specific goods being returned (depending on the manufacturer).
In the case of special order items or non stock items that we have ordered in for you and you no longer wish to take delivery of or you wish to return after taking delivery, these are not returnable or cancellable unless faulty. Items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and must not have been installed or used. Bespoke products that are made to your specific specification CANNOT be cancelled once in production. This is made clear in every listing for any bespoke products on our website.
We must be notified of any items that are damaged within within 72 hours of receipt of goods and photographic evidence must be provided within that time. No claims for damage will be accepted after the 72 hour time period has elapsed
No Claims for damage will be accepted after the 78 hour period has expired
Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession.
If you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged or marked and the box must be in a reusable condition therefore please take care when opening your parcel. You may be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels. When returning your item please make sure to include your order number and also the reason for the return.
